Chief White stepping down:

Chief White, one of the founders of US-HERO, will be stepping down as of 01 August 2010. The decision to step down was based upon increased demands with his full time employer for the next two years. Assistant Chief Alan HUddleston will be assuming the role of Chief. Deputy Chief Peggy Adkins will be the interim Assistant Chief, until the permanent selection by the Board of Directors is made.

I am saddened that life has resulted in my inability to continue leading the fine individuals who make up US-HERO. I am fully and completely confident in the abilities of Chief Huddleston and Asst. Chief Adkins, to lead the organization. I will remain as a member and contribute to the organization, as time permits and am excited about the ideas and directions Chief Huddleston has in mind.....Bruce White, 26 July 2010
